Our clients is a long standing Wealth and Investment firm, currently going through some exciting changes as part of a wider 5 year firm strategic plan.

Due to a restructure in the team, my client is looking for a strong AML Manager (1st Line) to build out and drive robust AML processes within the 1st line.

This is a great opportunity to drive process improvement, automation and support a wider Financial Crime transformation piece.

About you

• Strong first line operational experience across financial crime onboarding, customer due diligence and related review activity
• Proven track record leading high volume case handling, onboarding or periodic review teams within a regulated environment
• Good working knowledge of customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, sanctions and screening processes, and document verification requirements
• Comfortable managing service levels, performance metrics and delivery standards within a busy operational function
• Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to coach teams, drive performance and build credibility with key stakeholders
