I am working with a wealth management firm in Leeds looking to hire a Head of Operations (Back Office)
This is a senior leadership role with a strong people management focus. You will lead the back office team, oversee day-to-day operational delivery, and help drive a high-performing, well-controlled function.
The role will suit someone with strong financial services operations experience, ideally from wealth management, investments, platforms or private banking, who enjoys leading teams, improving processes and bringing structure to a busy operational environment.
